HOW TO USE INGREDIENTS MASSAGE OIL

 

Apply to the painful area with a sufficient amount of oil and gently massage with your fingers for 10-15 minutes to allow the oil to penetrate. Use 3-5 times/day.

In the case of severe pain, wrap the painful area with a wrap or replace it with a hot towel or roll a hot water bottle gently on the painful area for faster results. Persist in using until healed.
